Access Global DRO to determine the status of a particular medication or ingredient. Below is a step-by-step guide.

1. On the Global DRO website, select the country that represents either your location, location of the event or your nationality. 

2. Your user type is “medical professional” (this information is collected for statistical purposes). Search for the specific medication after selecting the correct sport of the athlete and the nation of purchase of the medication. Be advised that Global DRO may not list the status of every active ingredient in a medication. 

3. Read through and check that you understand the terms and conditions. 

4. The search result lists out the current status of the medication, both in and out-of-competition, as per the most current World Anti-Doping Code Prohibited List.

• Global DRO does not contain information on, or that applies to, dietary supplements.
• Global DRO may not list all the available brand names for a particular category of medication. It is important to check the status of every active ingredient. 
• Formulations of pharmaceuticals may change at any time. Confirm the ingredients listed on the label.
