Welcome to Bladder Basics! Get ready for an engaging, informative, and most importantly, fun video series all about bladder health! That’s right, let’s talk about your bladder, the part of your body that holds pee. As kids grow up, they often face new challenges after potty training, like having (pee) accidents during the day, feeling like they need to rush to the bathroom, experiencing pain when peeing, or even getting urinary tract infections. Luckily, healthy habits can often prevent problems and keep your bladder happy. Let’s learn to make our bladders strong and healthy together!

How do I use Bladder Basics?
Watch any video that sparks your interest! We encourage you to explore all the videos for the complete bladder adventure, but if you only have the time to watch one video, Act 4 is a fantastic starting point. It covers many key tips you won’t want to miss!
